Your customer service is horrible with horrible people behind it. Who lie and then take your words back. Waste of time 1. Salesman came to my parents home within the hour. Although I appreciate the old charm sales pitch but this is something straight out of those watchdog shows where the sales men linger around the home till they make a sale. Finally priced us up and it was beyond belief. It was a theatrical act at its finest watching this guy think that he was actually trying to fool us into buying this door.
He was also Really nosey, he was trying to get a picture of family finances by asking questions about what all the children do for a living and this went on at any opportunity he had.
